Eligibility
- Applicants must be nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) U.S. organizations or units of state or local government (example: schools, parks)
- Evidence of nonprofit tax status, government status, or the IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter must accompany all applications.

Eligibility & Funding Guidelines
- We support activities/projects which improve & enhance Education, History & Recreation
- We seek to be a 'funding partner', but not fund 100% of the cost
- We do not fund general operating support for ongoing activities, debt retirement, loans, endowments, annual appeals, general fund drives, special events, sponsorships.
- We do not fund projects for organizations whose policies or practices discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation
